It’s great to have lots of ideas, but they can’t get stuck in the dream phase. Passions may fade if people notice they don’t make any progress. It is therefore important to quickly show the potential results of the cocreation.

It’s not necessary to first develop ideas into the smallest detail. Ask designers to convert the ideas into sketches, mock-ups, prototypes or an MVP along the way.

This way you can show the people participating in the cocreation project what their efforts may lead to, and at the same time, you have something tangible for the other stakeholders.
